Gianenrico GILARDI

Chair of the Advisory Board

With years of experience in creating strategic partnerships in banking, sustainability, and media, Gilardi also boasts an extensive track record of sponsoring sports events, musical performances, and large-scale manifestations.

His passion for art has brought him closer to us.

Mariacristina FERRAIOLI

Art critic, curator, and journalist.

After graduating in Modern Literature with a focus on Art History, she moved to Paris to pursue courses in literature, philosophy, and art history at the Sorbonne University. She won the Curatorial Residency from the Dena Foundation for Contemporary Art at the Centre International d’Accueil et d’Echanges des Récollets in Paris.

She worked at the Centre Pompidou, collaborating on the realization of the exhibition ‘Traces du Sacré,’ and published an essay in the exhibition catalog.
She coordinated the Master’s office at the Academy of Fine Arts in Brera and was part of the management team of the magazine Artribune.

From 2018 to 2022, she was an integral part of the curatorial team of ArtLine Milano, the public art project of the Municipality of Milan, developed in the CityLife park. She currently works as an independent curator and collaborates with Italian and international magazines. She also oversees the special projects of (un)fair starting from this edition.

Alessia CUCCU

CEO and Co-Founder di GLAC Consulting

CEO and Co-Founder of GLAC Consulting, a company that specializes in the conception and management of projects for the cultural sector and digital innovation for Art and WEB3.
She currently serves as a consultant for companies, artist archives, galleries, curators, and editorial projects, with activities including project management, brand identity, digital strategy, and public relations.

Over the years, she has served as Chief Operating Officer for Art Rights, held the position of Senior Project Manager and Business Developer for the brands Art Backers, and was Editor-in-Chief for Artuu Magazine, Art Rights Magazine, and The NFT Magazine.
Editorial Curator of 8 national and international publications in collaboration with Mondadori Electa, Edizioni Piemme, and Rizzoli Illustrati in Italy and the USA.

She has collaborated with various contemporary art galleries such as Nuova Galleria Morone and Loom Gallery, as well as with private collections including the MA Collection and the Modern and Contemporary Art Collection of Giuseppe Iannaccone.

Annapaola
NEGRI CLEMENTI

Partner Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi and art collector

Annapaola specializes in M&A, corporate governance, art law, and assistance to highly technological innovative startups, with significant expertise in Legal Tech and Art Tech. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena and Restart.

Since 2019, she has held positions as an independent director in listed companies, financial intermediaries, and banks such as Aedes SIIQ, BNP Paribas Real Estate S.g.r., and MPS Capital Services Banca per le Imprese. She is a member of the Scientific Committee of Nedcommunity. She is an arbitrator of the Arbitrator Pool of CAfA – Court of Arbitration for Art and of the Arbitration Chamber of Venice.

She is a member of the IP and Art Department of Arbitrando and of the Law, Literature, Arts Committee of Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano. She has conducted research and authored numerous articles in qualified journals on commercial law, corporate governance, and art law. She recently curated the volume ‘Economics of Art: Market, Law, and Digital Transformation,’ published by Egea.

Giorgia LIGASACCHI

Art Consultant of Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi

Specializing in the art market and art collection management, Giorgia provides consultancy and specialized assistance services in the fine art and collectibles sector, guiding clients in the markets of ancient, modern, and contemporary art. She offers tailored solutions for the creation, management, enhancement, protection, maintenance, and planning of artistic heritage.

Specializing in Corporate Art Collection and the benefits that art can bring to a company, Giorgia provides specific consultancy to businesses and financial institutions in the realization of contemporary art exhibitions and curation of exhibition projects

She regularly contributes to newspapers and industry publications on topics related to art consulting and collecting.

She collaborates as a lecturer with leading universities and business schools, including the 24Ore Business School and the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, of which, since 2019, she has been a member of the Steering Committee for ‘Economics and Management of Cultural Heritage and Entertainment’.
In addition, she creates and organizes training courses and conferences on artistic, economic, and legal disciplines.

Alessio VIGNI

Art curator

Born in 1994 and originally from Tuscany, Vigni designs, curates, writes, and deals in contemporary art and culture. He collaborates with Italian institutions and museums and is an external consultant for the Imago Mundi Foundation (Treviso) As an independent curator, he primarily works with emerging international artists.

He recently curated SNITCH (Bologna, 2023), Open Bodies (Madrid, 2023), and the collective exhibition FUR(Y) (Milan, 2023) for (UN)FAIR. He writes for several industry magazines and is the author of art catalogs and volumes.

For Psicografici Editore, he published the volume SOLO. Street Art Italia (Roma, 2022) and he is co-writer of SNITCH. Dentro la trap (Roma, 2023).

Riccardo SORANI

Fondatore di Esh Gallery

Founder of Esh Gallery, an innovative space dedicated to contemporary art and craft, he is an analyst and expert in the art market, specializing in antiques with particular attention to oriental art. He held the position of Specialist in the Oriental Art department at Sotheby’s auction house in London. He has significant experience in the digital information sector for art and financial analysis related to the world of antiques, operating as a consultant for leading Italian and international banking and insurance groups.

Registered in the Register of Experts of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, he gives lectures on the topic of art investment, art advisory, and artwork valuation at the Treccani Academy and the Business School of IlSole24Ore, in various Italian universities, and at the Sotheby’s Institute in London.

Graduated in Aesthetics from the University of Milan and specialized with a Master’s in Fine and Decorative Arts at the Sotheby’s Institute in London, he is the author of numerous published articles. He was a co-author of the publication ‘1000 Tiles’ published in several countries worldwide, including the United Kingdom and the United States.

He recently founded SB Art, an innovative start-up dedicated to the promotion of digital art through curated projects.

Andrea LACARPIA

He is an art curator and director of Candy Snake Gallery, a gallery based in Milan dedicated to promoting emerging art, founded in 2021. His journey begins with artistic studies at the Academy of Fine Arts and continues with curatorial activities developed through collaborations with private galleries and public spaces. He served as the artistic director of Edicola Radetzky, a space managed by Progetto Città Ideale on behalf of the Municipality of Milan.

The need to develop an independent gallery project led him to found the independent space Dimora Artica in 2013, where countless artists, from different generations but with a particular focus on young artists, exhibited. In its last years of activity, Dimora Artica became a reference point for emerging art in Milan until its closure in early 2022.

Candy Snake Gallery is the evolution of Dimora Artica, where he consolidates collaborations with certain artists, supporting their development and promoting their research, combining the commercial gallery activity with the ever-present curatorial approach.

Andrea ISOLA

Exhibition Designer

An exhibition designer, graduated in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Turin, he began his first works in the art world in 2013.

Since 2019, he has been working as a freelance exhibition designer for fairs, museums, foundations, galleries, independent exhibition spaces, and art festivals.

Gaia BIANCHI &
Andrea ZARDIN

Founders of BIANCHIZARDIN Contemporary Art

Born in Milan in 1973, Gaia Bianchi attended the Academy of Art in Milan, specializing in the history of furniture. Her education continued in London, where she pursued a master’s degree at Christie’s in Fine and Decorative Arts. After significant professional experience at the Royal Maritime Museum in Greenwich, London, she worked independently. Following the calendar of major fairs and the most interesting exhibitions, she organized and directed art tours for private collectors and enthusiasts connected to international contemporary art.

Returning to Italy and drawing on her London experience, Gaia Bianchi opens BIANCHIZARDIN Contemporary Art gallery with Andrea Zardin. A multifunctional space, it aims to create a cultural exchange between the public, collectors, artists, and curators through a rich calendar of events.

Andrea Zardin was born in Milan in 1990. Growing up in his father’s and grandfather’s antique and modern art galleries, in 2012 he decided to interrupt his studies in economics to gain experience at the San Maurillio antique art gallery.

In 2014, he collaborated with his father, Gianni Zardin, curating contemporary art exhibitions at the Carte Scoperte gallery, where he also served as artistic director until 2109. In that year, together with Gaia Bianchi, he founded BIANCHIZARDIN, a company operating in the world of ancient, modern, and contemporary art, as well as a contemporary art gallery.

In March 2020, he founded Wide VR with Edoardo Graziadei, a company specializing in real-time 3D solutions for art, fashion, design, and other creative fields.

Luisa AUSENDA

Art curator

Luisa Ausenda is the founder of Studio Leggero, the creative production agency with which she created ‘ill at ease’ for the Fuorisalone of the Salone del Mobile in Milan, an itinerant happening of digital art and collectible design. As a curator, advisor, seminarist, and next-generation art specialist, among the exhibitions she has curated is the solo show of Andrea Bonaceto at the MEET Digital Culture Center (Milan, 2022). The following year, she wrote an essay for the book published by Cambridge Scholars titled ‘Global Arts Leadership in the Digital Age: Voices from the World’s Major Art Industries’. Formerly the Head of Collector Relations at Aorist, she has studied and worked in Milan, New York, Rafaela (Argentina), Sao Paulo, Florence, Istanbul, Havana, and Dubai. At the beginning of 2020, she co-founded the feminist collective for new media art curation, ClitSplash. Since then, she has organized and participated in conferences and panels worldwide, at institutions such as the Salone del Mobile (2021), the Uzbekistan Pavilion at the 59th Venice Biennale (2022), and the Istanbul Contemporary Art Fair (2022). In 2015, she was appointed interim director at Galleria Continua Havana, a position she held for four years. In addition to the Cuban branch of Galleria Continua, she contributed to the launch of the one in Dubai, where she lived for a year.

Chiara POZZI

Art curator

Graduated in Economics and Management of Cultural Heritage, she worked as a gallery manager and curator for important contemporary art galleries (Galleria Massimo De Carlo, Cardi Black Box, Antonio Colombo Arte Contemporanea). She collaborates with Italian and international illustrators and has curated exhibitions and projects with: Olimpia Zagnoli ‘How to Eat Spaghetti like a Lady,’ Lusesita ‘Candy Memories,’ Emiliano Ponzi ‘It’s Not Good Enough,’ Malika Favre, Quentin Monge ‘Alone Together. Her research focuses on figurative art, with particular attention to contemporary illustration and applied arts. In 2018, she founded Illustrazioni Seriali, an art gallery and illustration agency that promotes the work of artists, illustrators, and designers. It produces art editions in series such as screen prints, textiles and carpets. She designs and follows the development of cultural projects for companies, art fairs and individuals.
